“She-Hulk” casts Altered Carbon-actor Renée Elise Goldsberry

Disney Plus-destined Marvel TV series – She-Hulk – fleshes out its cast with the announcement of actor Renée Elise Goldsberry being selected to join the project alongside titular star Tatiana Maslany.

Renée Elise Goldsberry is known for her role in Altered Carbon Netflix series as well as Hamilton.

Goldsberry’s character she is set to portray is said to be named Amelia in the coming She-Hulk series. Any details beyond that have not yet been revealed, however.

She-Hulk  has been said to take on a more sitcom, law dramedy approach. The series will be directed by Kat Coiro and Anu Valia with Jessica Gao acting as head writer. The series doesn’t have a set release date yet, but it’s expected to arrive on Disney+ sometime in 2022.
