The Batman spin-off “The Penguin” has Oswald Cobblepot seeking glory in the shadows of Gotham’s underbelly in the first teaser trailer
A city ripe for the taking.
Infamy is the elixir for men hungry for power in the city of Gotham, as HBO Max teases the coming of a crimeboss set to make a splash on the underworld. We are talking about none other than The Batman spin-off series promised to us by Matt Reeves – The Penguin.
And we see the unrecognisable Colin Farrel reprise his role as the staple in Gotham’s rogue gallery of villainy, and while not much happens (it is a tease), we may be getting quite the character dissection that may make this a slow-burning gem.
