“Superman: Legacy” DC characters list grows as new casting announced

Following the Gunn-news of Superman and Lois Lane casting recently, DC’s casting news for the first DCU-destined movie Superman: Legacy hits the interweb, with Anthony Carrigan set to star as thhe DC character Metamorpho.

AKA Rex Mason, Metamorpho is the archeologist-turned-hero, is essentially a walking periodic table. Metamorpho has the capability to form his body into any compound… gas, liquid, solid…

And to top it off, Isabela Merced has been cast to play Hawkgirl. 

Edi Gathegi has also been cast to play Mister Terrific.

Nathan Fillion, in what has been a bit of a fan cast as old as time, is set to be Green Lantern… Guy Gardner. The right team, sure, but Gardner? The role felt like a slight curveball. All knee jerk and opinionated. Regardless, Nathan Fillion’ll most certainly have to get his machismo on.
