EA puts in a call for pilots with the reveal trailer for “Star Wars: Squadrons”

What first started out as a rumour has been revealed to be totally true as EA brings fans their next Star Wars-themed game – Star Wars: Squadrons.
It looks like we are about to get our buzzboy helmets on and take to deep space as the reveal trailer for the coming Star Wars: Squadrons takes to the interweb to showcase the laser-show mayhem all from the snuggly viewpoint in an X-Wing and/or TIE Fighter cockpit.
Dogfights are usually reserved for those awkward one-off missions where your bearing is all the way messed up and you just want to reach the checkpoint so you can get on with more grounded gameplay. But while the trailer does seem awesome, let’s hope the mechanics follow suit.
EA Games’ Star Wars: Squadron description reads as follows:
