Disruptive GamesOkay, so Tony Hawks 5, when a trailer was released last month met the heavy hand of internetdom, criticising its poor graphics. But fear not shredders! Tony Hawks 5 recently debuted a new trailer after going through a bit of a face lift. Good news: it is not what we’ve previously seen, so it did get a face lift. Bad news: they got the “Amanda Lepore” package.

Disruptive GamesCellshading is all good, but they are gonna need a little bit more than that to pull off a good look for Tony Hawks 5.. It’s better in a sense, but certainly is some ways off in our opinion. You’d think Activision and developers Robomodo and Disruptive Games would have some form of a working formula by now.

For one the textures of clothing / buildings / environment could be a lot more detailed, plus maybe bring some intensity to the tricks via camera angles. But something… anything!

Tony Hawks Pro Skater 5 is slated for release on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 come September 29th 2015
