Game Of Hyrule: Game Of Thrones meets Legend Of Zelda

With Netflix bringing Link to a liveaction VoD series, and the recently postponed Legend Of Zelda game coming to us eventually next year, we are stoked for what is to come from Link and Hyrule.

But YouTube’s Megasteakman seemed to be unable to contain their excitement and made a Zelda / Game Of Thrones intro. Only fitting seeing Netflix’s description of the coming Legend Of Zelda series is a “family-friendly Game Of Thrones“.

Whether this was for an actual fan project series (and we know Nintendo is not fans of fan vids of any kind) or just a one-off flexing of CGI-muscle, it is pure gold. Re-imagining the Game Of Thrones intro with the look and map of Hyrule, it made us want to see what’ next.
