TMNT gets a radical, and very much needed revamp on the cinematic stage as the trailer fro the coming feature animation Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem hits the web under the helm of Seth Rogen.

And the aesthetic is a wild one. I feel it works in a lot of places, others not so much. Mainly due to the fact the turtles design feels more compelling and fleshed out and too loose in others, especially where the background is equally busy.

It does however look fun. And the weapon check reminds me about that social media deep dive on the significance of their weapons in helping the Turtles grow as characters and warriors.
