Dexter has renewed vigor for the hunt in new “Dexter: New Blood” trailer

Showtime has managed to show some prolific series over the years, with Dexter being the créme-de-la-créme. Even in spite of the abysmal season finale. But with a little bit of retrograding, it seems like things are about to be set right with a teaser sneak peek at the coming new season.

And by the look of things, old, bloody habits die hard as our favourite neighbourhood serial killer has a new hunting ground fitting for the wolf hunter in him.

Starring multiple Emmy nominee Michael C. Hall as America’s favorite serial killer Dexter Morgan, the special event series DEXTER: NEW BLOOD will premiere Sunday, November 7 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on SHOWTIME. Set 10 years after Dexter went missing in the eye of Hurricane Laura, the series finds him living under an assumed name in the small town of Iron Lake, New York. Dexter may be embracing his new life, but in the wake of unexpected events in this close-knit community, his Dark Passenger beckons.
