Bungie threw on hell of a spanner into the works, as fans who expected to see private matches as a feature in the coming DLC for Destiny can surely put their hopes to death.

Bungie has been streaming every Wednesday for the past few weeks, revealing more each time about the April Update coming to Destiny next week. The developer has shown off a revamped Prison of Elders as well as new gear and Light level.

So whilst we won’t be seeing private or even customisable matches this April, there’s no indication that these features won’t be available in future updates. Hopefully if Private Matches features are in the cards, it’s sooner rather than later.
