If you ever thought of how to get rid of gun crime, the new trailer for Enter the Gungeon is probably the most succinct, sensible way to achieve it. You know the saying ‘it takes a thief to catch a thief’? Well, obviously it takes a gun to kill a gun. Obviously.
It’s the kind of absurd fun you can expect from this side-scrawler from Devolver Digital and Dodge Roll Games. With the ultimate prize being you aim to acquire a gun that (simply put) can kill the past. Sorry to disappoint you guys, we already have something like that. It’s called alcohol.

Enter the Gungeon is a gunfight dungeon crawler following a band of misfits seeking to shoot, loot, dodge roll and table-flip their way to personal absolution by reaching the legendary Gungeon’s ultimate treasure: the gun that can kill the past. Select a hero and battle your way to the bottom of the Gungeon by surviving a challenging and evolving series of floors filled with the dangerously adorable Gundead and fearsome Gungeon bosses armed to the teeth.
