It’s Mortal Kombat (1)! New live-action trailer lives up to tradition

In proud Netherrealm tradition, Mortal Kombat graced fans with a live-action trailer for the forthcoming Mortal Kombat 1 game. Dave Bautista leads the charge in this one and imbues the spirit of the classic 1993 live action ad that foreshadowed a phenomena that has lasted over two decades and generations of gaming fans.

Honestly though, who wouldn’t want a world with everyone shouting the words “Mortal Kombat!” with random, unincited explosions and calls for duels? After all, it’s in our blood.

Description reads:

It’s In Our Blood. Discover a reborn Mortal Kombat Universe created by Fire God Liu Kang. Mortal Kombat 1 ushers in a new era of the iconic franchise with a new fighting system, game modes, and Fatalities!

Mortal Kombat 1 is slated for release come on nex-gen consoles come September 19, 2023.
