Netflix continues to bolster its anime series roster with the latest news blast. This time the streaming giant takes a dip into the gaming pool and reportedly comes forth with the iconic Tom Clancy franchise Splinter Cell.
It is being reported that Netflix and Ubisoft has joined forces in the hopes of delivering an animated series aimed at adult audiences based on the prolific Splinter Cell game series. The series has already been slated to produce two seasons worth of content with a 16 episode order already put in by Netflix.
The series also has secured some top-notch talent including writer Derek Kolstad, known for his work on John Wick. Kolstad will not only write but executive produce the Splinter Cell anime series.
