“The New Mutants” new trailer doles out a hard-knock curriculum for the next generation of mutants

The last remnants of a 20th Century Fox-led Marvel movie stands revealed as the new trailer for The New Mutants goes live. Notably, the horror elements seem to be intact. And while the Xavier School may have been a haven for the X-Men, these new mutants are about to get a whole other type of education.

And even the powered mutants with some already sporting impressive body counts are not all the way prepared for their stringent curriculum.

I am, for one, glad to see this is getting its time in cinemas. Hopefully, it will have an impact as one of 20th Century Fox’s last Marvel run.

Description reads:

20th Century Fox in association with Marvel Entertainment presents “The New Mutants,” an original horror thriller set in an isolated hospital where a group of young mutants is being held for psychiatric monitoring. When strange occurrences begin to take place, both their new mutant abilities and their friendships will be tested as they battle to try and make it out alive.
