20th Century Fox’s Deadpool is keeping it’s 12 Days Of Christmas promo promise with the release of a gif showing actor Ryan Reynolds spending some quality time with the Merc With The Mouth on Day 11.

Yesterday saw the release of a rather phallic Deadpool poster and the promo is set to culminate in the release of a new trailer on Christmas Day.

Deadpool synopsis:

Based upon Marvel Comics’ most unconventional anti-hero, DEADPOOL tells the origin story of former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson, who after being subjected to a rogue experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing powers, adopts the alter ego Deadpool. Armed with his new abilities and a dark, twisted sense of humor, Deadpool hunts down the man who nearly destroyed his life.

The film will be directed by Tim Miller, and stars Ryan Reynolds, Morena Baccarin, Ed Skrein and Gina Carano. Plus we can expect to see X-Men’s Colossus making an appearance too.
