Morena Baccarin joins Deadpool cast

Morena Baccarin’s roster in awesome series cannot be denied. From Firefly to Homeland to the ongoing Gotham series. But no she’s snagged a role as a female lead in the Deadpool feature film. A love interest. She joins the cast for the 20th Century Fox much awaited feature alongside T.J. Miller, Ed Skrein and Gina Carano.

Things seem on track for Deadpool, as production has begun with Ryan Reynolds (who plays Wade Wilson / Deadpool) teasing his character’s costume.

Tim Miller will direct Deadpool based on a script by Zombieland writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick. So pack in the funnies.

Deadpool is currently scheduled for a release on February 12^th 2016
