Retro Studios is teasing major news come E3
Retro Studios, developer of the titular games Metroid Prime and Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze are teasing a new major announcement come E3, the games event to end all events.
The tease came from the gossip machine that is Twitter:

Are we going to see a new Metroid game? Well, as far as fan demands go, we’ve been waiting on another game added to the Metroid franchise.
But while we are hopeful, the announcement may just be an addition to Retro Studios’ most recent Donkey Kong games; Donkey Kong Country Returns and Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze could see a third game in the series.
Or, spoilt for choice, maybe we will get both.
I guess we will have to wait for Nintendo’s E3 press conference, which will take place on June 16th 2015.
