Arrow‘s Stephen Amell joins TMNT 2 as Casey Jones

Arrow‘s Stephen Amell is going a whole new level of green being brought on to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 as Casey Jones.

Casey Jones, the guy often seen taking street hockey to another level, often comes to the aid of the Turtles and kinda has a thing for reporter April O’Neil, a reprised role for Megan Fox.

Michael Bay (cue explosions) is producing along with his Platinum Dunes partners Brad Fuller and Andrew Form. Josh Appelbaum and André Nemec are penning the script.

Paramount Picture’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 is slated for cinematic release in 2016
