It’s Christmas! Well, not now. But tis still the season. And in celebration of that, we thought we’d give in to all the Saint Nicholas peer pressure and get in on the festivities with this animation, Redesigning Christmas.
Certainly for all you uber hipsters who think everything is broke until they put their grubby little fingers on it, Redesigning Christmas will have you thinking about the inevitable future of the festive season.
Redesigning Christmas is produced by National Film Board of Canada. Check out the synopsis:
The anxious young protagonist from Me and My Moulton looks on as her architect parents re-design Christmas. The tree, presents, and cake are all re-made in simple, clean lines using the principles of good design. But will Santa be able to get through the contemporary chimney on the family’s flat-roofed home?
