Ok so there is nothing more that Mortal Kombat could possibly do. You can get Goro if you preorder the MKX game, also bringing Kung Lao, Quan Chi, Kenshi?, The Cages and other MK vets, not to mention the mobile game, we’ve been spoilt for choice. But, alas there is another who is set to enter the arena. And if you every watched a 70’s horror film, ever felt afraid in the dark at the sound of staccato, pulsating, stabbing music, then you may want to grab a hold of your controller right now because goddamn Jason is a playable character as part of downloadable content. The epic news was revealed both by Netherrealm Studios and WB Interactive Entertainment. The Mortal Kombat X “Kombat Pack” will be included in the “Mortal Kombat X Kollector’s Edition” by Coarse, the Limited Edition and Premium Edition. Available for purchase separately for $29.99, the Kombat Pack also features the Samurai Pack, with three new character skins: Ronin Kenshi, Samurai Shinnok and Jingu Kitana.
