“Spider-Man: Into the Spider-verse” – the Sony animation feature – is something that has to be witnessed

And even as Insomniac Games titillates us with a BTS of their coming Marvel’s Spider-Man PS4 game, Sony flexed some true muscle on the animation side of things as well.
 

Remember that Spider-Man feature animation tease? Well, Miles Morales comes with all the swagger and awkwardness and finesse that you would expect… times infinity. And can we say the design and animation is better than we could have hoped for? It’s not straight 3D in look; there are some nice 2D-esque textures involved.
