
With the last Star Wars: The Last Jedi outing steadily receiving poor results on the international market, it is understandable some hardcore fans have felt a little deflated with the franchise. But Han Solo maybe just on time to renew some of that faith with the announcement that the Solo: A Star Wars Story film is set to debut their first trailer come next week.
Disney has announced they will reveal the first Han Solo trailer this Monday on the Good Morning America TV show. And with the Superbowl coming up, Disney’s sure to capitalise on some prime ad space for Star Wars, surely.
Solo: A Star Wars Story synopsis reads:
Board the Millennium Falcon and journey to a galaxy far, far away in Solo: A Star Wars Story, an all-new adventure with the most beloved scoundrel in the galaxy. Through a series of daring escapades deep within a dark and dangerous criminal underworld, Han Solo meets his mighty future copilot Chewbacca and encounters the notorious gambler Lando Calrissian, in a journey that will set the course of one of the Star Wars saga’s most unlikely heroes.
Solo: A Star Wars Story is directed by Ron Howard starring Alden Ehrenreich as Han Solo, Donald Glover as Lando Calrissian, Woody Harrelson as Becket, Joonas Suotamo as Chewbacca, with Emilia Clarke, Thandie Newton and Phoebe Waller-Bridge.

Solo: A Star Wars Story film is slated for a May 25th 2018, release
