“Attack On Titan” Season 2 premiere date announced

What has become an instant cult favourite is back like a flash of lightning (a slow, time-warped bolt, in any case) and Attack On Titan fans are rejoicing worldwide.

Season 2 of the highly-acclaimed anime series will be premiering April 2017. The news comes from Kodansha Comics, the publisher of the manga. The manga’s 21st volume featured a special wraparound jacket band that proclaimed the heralded release.

And seeing that Season 1 episode director Masashi Koizuka will be moving up to helm this next installment of Attack on Titan and director Tetsuro Araki will still be involved with the project as chief director, the anime series is still in great, no, legendary hands.
