Exclusive look at Scarlett Johansson as Major Kusanagi in Dreamwork’s “Ghost In The Shell” film
Dreamworks gives us a huge reveal re their coming film adaptation of the prolific sci-fi cyber-punk manga / anime series Ghost In The Shell. We get an exclusive first look at Avengers / Captain America: Civil War’s Scarlett Johansson as the infamous Major Motoko Kusanagi.

Based on the internationally-acclaimed sci-fi property, “GHOST IN THE SHELL” follows the Major, a special ops, one-of-a-kind human-cyborg hybrid, who leads the elite task force Section 9. Devoted to stopping the most dangerous criminals and extremists, Section 9 is faced with an enemy whose singular goal is to wipe out Hanka Robotic’s advancements in cyber technology.
Ghost in the Shell is being directed by Rupert Sanders, from a script by Jonathan Herman. Avi Arad and Steven Paul are producing.
