Seems the filmic adaptation of Tomb Raider is about to take a new lease of life the Square Enix game franchise experienced 2 years ago.
Tomb Raider is heavy-trodding down paths leading to the cinema once again, this time doing away with Angelina Jolie and opting in for a reboot.
New director Roar Uthaug has been slated as the director for the rebooted film taking it’s cues from the more recent game titles
Uthaug is relatively a newbie as far as English Language features go but he is the acclaimed director of The Wave – this year’s best film Academy Award entry from good ol’ Norway.
Can’t wait for this new version of Lara Croft. We suggest she be sultry, tough as nails and have the voice of Nigella Lawson.
