The Wire‘s Michael K. Williams to star in Assassin’s Creed feature

Michael K. Williams has been cast alongside Michael Fassbender in the upcoming Assassin’s Creed feature, based on the game series of the same name The star i reknowned for his role as Omar Little in the HBO series The Wire as well as Chalky White in Boardwalk Empire.

He will also star alongside Marion Cotillard. Justin Kurzel is set to direct.

Assassin’s Creed premieres in cinemas December 21^st 2016
