GITS fans, prepare for another visual onslaught of cyberpunk mayhem with the coming of the new GITS movie in 2015.
The Fire Starter virus is at work again, and as you can imagine things start out as normal as they can (some hostage situation at some embassy / situation that if not handled correctly could lead to some international incident. But of course Motoko and Section 9 are certain level things out.
The animation doesn’t feel GITS epic, more like what you would expect from a more serialised Ghost In The Shell venture like Stand Alone Complex and 2nd Gig (looks like she kept her second body), but still pays homage to the classic.
