Dragon Ball Z looks like it is enjoying it new revitalised franchise. With the recent Resurection of F starting in Japan to making landfall in the States, not to mention re-entering the series game after a 18 year hiatus, It has been revealed that a manga version of the upcoming new series- Dragon Ball Super, is also in the worrks,
Toyotarō is set to draw the new manga, and Dragon Ball creator Akira Toriyama is credited with the original story. This follows his recent DBZ exploit of drawing the three-chapter manga adaptation based on recently released Dragon Ball Z: Fukkatsu no F (Resurrection of F).
The manga will be launched in the extra-large August issue of V Jump, a move surely taking the franchise back to the barebone-basics.
promises to “exceed everyone’s expectations”, thought the plot of Dragon Ball Super, both the anime and manga, are still on the enigmatic side. But we are sure all will be revealed soon.
