mortal kombat x faction war. the action pixel @theactionpixelFans will be able to participate in Faction Wars, and the outcome of weekly challenges depend are coalated from the actions of players around the world. Players first must choose one of 5 Factions, whether it is being part of the White Lotus, Black Dragon, Special Forces, Lin Kuei and the Brotherhood Of Shadow.

The action pixel. @theactionpixelBut what’s interesting is the Special Forces, as seen in this screenshot of the interactive menu, is represented by a hard looking chick that looks a lot like the classic Sonya Blade. Can we expect her to rejoin the MKX fighter list. As you know Sonya and Cage had a love child Cassie, who features as a fighter in Mortal Kombat X, and we think it is only fair to have a mother / daughter tag team to dole out some pain.

The Factions War mode is about the most extensive online mode yet from the NetherRealm team, as players actions in story mission modes and online modes contribute to the overall score of weekly, even hourly, varied competitions that tally up players efforts across the globe.

Awesome. See the “Next” trailer where NetherRealm Studios go into detail of what to expect come Mortal Kombat X:
