With ExoZombies only just recently invading our Xbox players, Advanced Warfare may become old news sooner than you think, as Treyarch confirmed that they will be producing a COD-titled game for later this year.
Their announcement came via Treyarch’s twitter page:
COD in 2015 confirmed. We look forward to carrying on the conversation…that is, if we haven’t started it already. #InDevelopment.
The maker of the Black Ops series undoubtedly will have their customary brand of zombie side game, but we’re not sure where more you can go outside the realm of the exo-suit fitted undead. Unless you get to play zombies in some weird Evolve-type gameplay.
The alternating tango between studios Treyarch and Sledgehammer in creating the Call Of Duty games often led to Treyarch creating COD titles with the Zombies mode. This is why when the rumours of Sledgehammer this time around creating a Zombie mode turned out to be true via Havoc, we were stoked and wondered what Treyarch’s counter-Zombie game attack would look like? We’ll just have to wait and see…
The game is rumored to come out in the usually gaming season, November, just in time for the Christmas season.
