A trailer has been released on Playstation Spain’s YouTube account, which oddly enough; doesn’t seem to be anywhere else on the internet. The trailer itself is pretty cryptic, and it’s quite hard to judge anything from it. What is interesting, is the translation of the trailer, which won’t mean a lot to you unless you speak Spanish. The translation is as follows:
“20 years. It’s a lot of time.
Look around you and look at all you have accomplished.
You have reigned in infinite places. You have conquered and liberated. You have built and destroyed. You have been the light against the dark.
This time is different though. This time it is real. For the first time your actions have real consequences.
They need your help. I know you can hear them. The power to make a change is in your hands.“
The Playstation experience is taking place over the 6th and 7th of December, which is to celebrate 20 years of the Playstation brand. Not really seeming like a coincidence now, is it? “But it says it’s doing something on the 5th of December”. Indeed it does, this coincides with the Spike Video game awards with Geoff Keighley, which happens to be a hotspot for new game announcements. This may be another game in a long line of Spike announcements, joining the ranks of Skyrim, No Man’s Sky, Dark Souls 2 and the Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain.
