When the news of Robert Pattinson was released that he would be the next actor to take on the mantle and cowl of the Bat in The Batman, much of the internet was either defending the choice or pulling up Twilight memes.

But with the fanfare at great heights, DC Fandome event has released new images hailing from The Batman, ahead of The Batman panel, and needless to say, we all may owe Robert Pattinson an apology.
