Ghostbusters reboot wraps up filming

Paul Feig confirmed via twitter that Ghostbusters reboot has officially wrapped principal photography.

He also thank Hudson, the original ghostbuster for coming through on the last day of production:

So I guess we’ll be twiddling our thumbs until we get to see the trailer…

Feig’s Ghostbusters stars Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig (both of whom Mr. Feig directed in “Bridesmaids”), Leslie Jones and Kate McKinnon. Not to be confused with Sony / Ivan Reitman Ghostbuster film that will star an all male cast.

Recent news included cameos appearing in the film in the form of Annie Potts and Ernie Hudson.

Paul Feig’s Ghostbusters is set to be released July 22^nd 2016
