Who exactly is Sylvester Stallone playing in “The Suicide Squad”?

Even with The Suicide Squad went ham with their official trailer debut, there seemingly was something missing from the trailer. Sylvester Stallone. Or at least so we thought.

Since the announcement that Stallone would be making an appearance in The Suicide Squad reboot, the character he would be portrayijng was unknown. So many though, me included, that his character was something purposely being kept under wrap.

But apparently, he was very much in the trailer. James Gunn Grooted the Stallone, essentially. Sylvester Stallone’s character is actually King Shark. And can you not think of a perfect situation than the greatest action movie hero of generations being a humanoid shark that eats people whole?

DC Comics’ The Suicide Squad movie is slated for cinematic release as well as HBO Max streaming for 31 days come August 6, 2021.
