Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and DC Comics are most certainly flexing their muscle as the announcement of another casting hits the interweb with a flurry.
Actor Quintessa Swindell is slated to make her debut in the DC Universe as Cyclone in the coming Black Adam movie. Cyclone, aka Maxine Hunkel. She certainly comes from the metahuman cloth, being the granddaughter of the original Red Tornado and, like the others above, is member of the Justice Society of America. Her ability allows her to generate high tornado/cyclonic winds, sure to leave her enemies smote and strewn as if they entered a class 5 hurricane.
And of course, the Rock unveiled the news the only way The Rock would:
Ready to rumble⚡️💪🏾 A pleasure to officially welcome, Quintessa Swindell to our BLACK ADAM cast. They’ll be taking on the role of CYCLONE. Can’t wait to work with them and we ready to rumble in the DC jungle. #bringit#cyclone🌪 #blackadam⚡️ Production starts spring 2021 pic.twitter.com/kIlHkZBmgh— Dwayne Johnson (@TheRock) December 14, 2020
