Mark Ruffalo + Marvel may be giving us Planet Hulk after all… sorta
Mark Ruffalo recently spoke on Hulk’s appearance in Marvel’s Thor Ragnarok, and according to the actor, it looks like the feature is set to kick off a 3-part story ark for the mean green giant. So it seems Marvel has in someways managed to milk a trilogy out of a Marvel / Universal-shared franchise.
The evolution of the Hulk and his relationship with Banner is set to get more complex, as anger is no longer the only trigger that brings on the transformation. The development of the the 3 story-arc obviously won’t involve a standalone film, but will take place over Thor Ragnarok through to Avengers: Infinity War.
Thor: Ragnarok is scheduled for release on July 28th 2017
Avengers: Infinity War is slated for cinematic release come May 4th 2018
