“Injustice 2” brings the the great dark lord of Apokolips – Darkseid – to the arena
God has entered the ring of carnage in the latest character trailer for Injustice 2. And by god we don’t mean the guy in blue and red tights. We’re talking about the guy overlord tyrant that runs a tight ship out of Apokolips aka Planet Hell and can shoot those on point meandering Omega beams of death from his eyes that never misses its mark. We are talking Darkseid. Who has to be the baddest of everest. Even Marvel’s Thanos would agree… am I right wink wink?
Any who, Darkseid enters the ring and his nonchalant posturing is what you would expect when battling mere crumbs, but the brutality becomes all too evident when his enemy fall under the gaze of the flesh-seeking Omega beams.
In the trailer he takes on Brainiac, Batman and Wonder Woman, who seem to be little match for Darkseid.
Description reads:
A being of pure hate incarnate, the lord of Apokolips Darkseid demands the total subjugation of all existence. His merciless obsession has left a wake of suffering and obliteration as he seeks the Anti-Life Equation. With his invincible body, limitless strength, army of Parademons, and the annihilating power of his Omega Beams make him not only a threat to this world, but to every world within reach.

Injustice 2 will release for PlayStation 4 + Xbox One in the U.S. on May 16th 2017 and in the UK on the May 19th 2017
