“Black Lightning” TV series finds its home on FOX

Remember that Black Lightning DC series that was presumed to be on its way to the CW? Well, it’s not happening. The series likely is. But not on the CW

The series has been picked up however by FOX.

Fox has given a pilot production commitment to Black Lightning from producer Greg Berlanti, and The Game’s Salim and Mara Brock Akil.
 

The Akils will write and executive produce Black Lightning with Berlanti and his producing partner Sarah Schechte; Akil Productions and Berlanti Productions will produce in association with Warner Bros. TV.
