“Mirror’s Edge Catalyst” closed beta details + info released
The closed beta for Mirror’s Edge: Catalyst is set to go live April 22 to April 26. If you’ve passed the selection process and you’re a Mirror’s Edge ‘Frontrunner’ (rhymes with Bladrunner [not a rhyme, dope]), DICE will send you an access code come April 22. Those selected but not on the mailing list get in April 23.
Description reads:
Connecting and challenging players, the Social Play of Mirror’s Edge: Catalyst will appeal to both novice and pro Runners. Learn about creating your own Time Trials, the challenging Dashes designed by DICE, and placing Beat Location Emitters in the city of Glass for your friends to find.

Mirror’s Edge Catalyst synopsis reads:
Faith Connors is a self-assured thrill-seeker and one of the best Runners in the city of Glass. But Faith’s carefree days are numbered. As she crosses paths with the evil Gabriel Kruger and the city’s oppressive Conglomerate, Faith finds herself running for something far more important. Playing Mirror’s Edge Catalyst, you’ll experience a rich storyline with a heroine-to-be fighting for both the city and herself. Use the fluid movement and your combat skills to be the Catalyst of change.
