Connie Nielsen cast as Hippoyta in “Wonder Woman”
Now we are getting a good look at the cast of Amazonians which are at all levels high in badassery with the casting of Danish actor Connie Nielsen as Hippoyta, the queen of the Amazons and mother of Princess Diana in the Wonder Woman film.
Connie Nielsen is no stranger to the throne, having played a Roman Queen in Gladiator.
The film is currently in production in the United Kingdom and Italy.
Wonder Woman will be released in theatres come June 23rd 2017
