Brian K. Vaughan’s Y: The Last Man to be developed into FX TV series

Y: The Last Man is one of the latest comic series to be picked up to be developed into a comic TV series for FX.

Brian K. Vaughan’s Y: The Last Man was a DC Comics release and was pretty popular starting around the early 2000’s who’s story surrounded thems of the post-apocalyptic nature with the two main characters being the last living things on the planet. And one of them is Yorick Brown. The other, his pet monkey.

So expect a lot of talks about genetic science, manipulation and politcal conspiracies galore.

The project at the moment neither has a writer or director attached, but reports indicate the search is underway.
