Diggle gets a new costume in Arrow Season 4
With Arrow hitting us with a new season in October, it isn’t only the city’s name or Green Arrow’s costume that’s getting a change.
Diggle, played by actor David Ramsay will be sporting a new getup and we still have no idea which hero he’ll turn out to be. There has been a few hypotheses, including becoming Green Lantern. But the Magneto-esque has led the wise internet users speculating that he’ll become Gangbuster, or maybe Guardian?
