David Ramsey gears up for Arrow Season 4 in new costume pics
Of course by now you’ve had a look at the teaser of the coming new season of Arrow, most notably the new costume of Diggle. As fare as which DC Comics character he is becoming, well, that’s still up in the air. But now there are some better picks of Diggle, played by David Ramsey, in costume.
