1930’s animation-inspired Cuphead trailer revealed at E3

An exclusive for the Xbox one has us reminiscing about the early days of Walt Disney and 2D animation on a whole, which in itself permeates a child-like evil into our subconscious. Proof the style and look of the game can create whole new dimensions when thought of outside the norm.

Also, any form of deal with the devil won’t turn out good for you. It just won’t. Cautionary tale for you. The gift that keeps giving.

Description reads:

A single player or co-op “run and gun” platformer, heavily focused on boss battles. Inspired by 1930s cartoons, the visuals are hand drawn and inked and the music is all original jazz recordings. Xbox One Console exclusive.

A very unique and reference/concept-driven game, it definitely is one that stands out from the rest at E3. and being from independent powerhouse Studio MDHR, this game resonates that much more with us.
