Seeing his main aim was fame, I remembered thinking him obnoxious and the type of guy who’s longevity may not last very long.

mortal kombat x johnny cage. netherrealm studios. the action pixel. @theactionpixelFastforward to the impending Mortal Kombat X, I am glad to see my younger self was wrong. IGN compiled a video of all of Johnny Cage’s intros as he sets himself up for a title match. And as you imaginge, it is rife with enough punchlines, jokes and trash talk for a stand-up comedy special. Which is fair seeing his daughter Cassie has hijacked her dad’s nut-cracking technique. Lovely dysfunctional family he has, those Cages.

See Johnny Cage doing his thing in the player below:

Mortal Kombat X description reads:

Taking place 25 years after the events of Mortal Kombat (2011), the new generation of characters will discover that Outworld is not the only threat they face. Fans will get a first look at the newest fighters to join Cassie Cage, including Jacqueline Briggs, daughter of Jax, Takashi Takeda, son of Kenshi, and Kung Jin, descendant of Kung Lao.

Fueled by next-gen technology, Mortal Kombat X combines unparalleled, cinematic presentation with dynamic gameplay to create an unprecedented Kombat experience.

NetherRealm Studios’ Mortal Kombat X is slated for release on Playstation 4 and Xbox One on April 14th 2015
