Nintendo recently just released the trailer for their video game
Splatoon for the Wii U. It’s a third person shooter, with the infamous
Mario-type graphics and paradigm. Modes of gameplays include single player, multiplayer/arena gameplay. Pretty much
Splatoon is an electronic version of paintball, which, according to Nintendo’s senior managing director Shigeru Miyamoto, could have easily been a
Mario title.

Certainly cartoon-y and full of colour which looks like a child’s LCD-induced dream. But from first impressions, it is hard to see how
Splatoon will fulfil Nintendo’s ultimate wishlist: to release a title that will have the grandiose, lines-as-long-as-the-Wall-of-China-for-the-midnight-release type of game like
Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare.
Expect to have Splatoon for the Wii U in 2015.
