Sony’s Spider-Man 3 sends out casting call

spiderman facing storm. The action pixel. @theactionpixelThe whole Sony email leaks showed a rather busy hive of confusion about a Spiderman movie 3 and playing around with the concept of Spidey making an appearance in Captain America 3: Civil War.

So it seems the information fog and thunderstorm has finally settled a bit, long enough for us to see that the film rights to the Spider-Man franchise will revert to Marvel from Sony. But Sony is not out of the picture yet, and they are striving to make one last Spider-Man 3 film as a final hurrah to the web-slinger. A casting call has been sent out to Spider-Man 3 film, and will star Andrew Garfield as Peter Parker.

The casting call details are made by Bill Beckman Casting who has done casting for major studios and production houses like ABC, NBC, CBS, Warner Bros and Paramount.

This casting call however comes before the much needed Sony’s Security Spider-Man summit to determine the company’s dated future with the Spider-Man franchise at Sony and possibly working with Marvel on future crossover projects. Avengers: Infinity War anyone?

But in any case, the probability Spidey making his way to Captain America 3: Civil War is at an all time high right now.
