“Child’s Play” is all but friendly in first trailer

Because creepy dolls are the cornerstone of any great horror, it was only a matter of time that the imitations would cordially bow for the return of the classic doll Chucky. And he wants to be your friend.

But as you probably know being an adult, the word friend never connotes or guarantees friendliness. Or that they won’t occasionally stab you in the back. Or the front. Or hang your mom.

And who the hell would give Chucky an Alexa tech-like upgrade? Better hide them kitchen knives.
