LEGO Marvel Avengers

With the Avengers making a titanic splash with trailers and TV spots of the impending juggernaut film Age Of Ultron to hit cinemas, LEGO has gotten in on the action with a game based on the infamous Marvel superteam. Picking up on the success of LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham surely.

LEGO has been taking superb advantage of IP in the comic world in the arena of both animation and gaming, with the likes of LEGO DC Super Heroes and recently the Arrow DLC attached to the Beyond Gotham game. But more recently, LEGO took a dip into the film franchise pool announcing the coming game LEGO Jurassic World based on the upcoming feature of the same name.

Synopsis for LEGO Avengers reads:

Avengers Assemble! Experience the first console video game featuring characters and storylines from the blockbuster film Marvel’s The Avengers and the much anticipated sequel Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron, and more. Play as the most powerful Super Heroes in their quest to save humanity. The game will be available in fall 2015 for the Xbox One, all-in-one games and entertainment system, the Xbox 360 games and entertainment system from Microsoft, PlayStation®4 and PlayStation®3 computer entertainment systems, PlayStation®Vita handheld entertainment system, the Wii U system from Nintendo, Nintendo 3DS hand-held system, and Windows PC.
