The Battlefield Hardline beta is open to everyone across all platforms–PC, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation 4. This beta will be Visceral’s second as their first beta version of Hardline came out on PS4 and PC in June last year. Since then the game has been delayed from its first slated release date in a means to inject more innovation to gameplay. And with the second beta coming out soon, Hardline will be hard tested and all the data required from the coming stress-test will surely be useful in helping Visceral formulate immersive gameplay.

To get the fans excited, a Battlefield 4 community competition was launched challenging gamers to put in some teamwork and accumulate 2 billion points in the game’s Rush mode. The competition started January 21st and ends January 24th at 11:59 PDT. When they do, gamers’ll be able to unlock the “Heist” mode in the beta Hardline.

Battlefield: Hardline is due out on PC, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 come March 17th 2015 (so the beta’ll be out before that)
