jessica jones. marvel. netflix. the action pixel. @theactionpixelWith Jessica Jones Season 2 kind of flailing in some respects, it looks like the actor playing the titular role – Krysten Ritter, will be doing more that tossing back the liquor and make bad-ass, snidey comments. Krysten Ritter is set to make her directorial debut for Jessica Jones Season 3. She is set to direct an episode for Season 3, which is currently in production in New York City.

Ritter speaks on the recent news:

I am beyond thrilled to make my directorial debut on Marvel’s Jessica Jones. The entire crew and cast has become family to me, and I’m so appreciative of the opportunity to work with our incredible team in this new way. I am so grateful that Melissa Rosenberg, Jeph Loeb, Marvel, and Netflix entrusted me to take the reins.

And we definitely are looking forward to this, and more images of directorial gesticulations. Because that’s about the coolest parts of BTS images. Trust me.

And in all honesty, we’re happy on seeing a concerted effort for more female directors that did their thing on Season 2.

More as things develop.
